Diploma In Nursing Entry Requirement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  1. Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or\u00a0*<\/sup>EQUIVELENT with\u00a0FIVE (5)<\/strong>\u00a0credits<\/li>\r\n
  2. Mandatory credit in<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  3. \r\n
      \r\n
    • Bahasa Melayu<\/li>\r\n
    • Mathematics (elementary or additional or modern)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

      Either ONE (1) of the credits below:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

      • General Science<\/li>\r\n
      • Biology<\/li>\r\n
      • Chemistry and Pass in Biology<\/li>\r\n
      • Physics and Pass in Biology<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
          \r\n
        1. Pass in English<\/li>\r\n
        2. Credits in\u00a0TWO (2)<\/strong>\u00a0other subjects<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

          Diploma In Pharmacy Entry Requirement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

          Pass SPM or equivalent and 4 credits including Bahasa Malaysia and pass English, Mathematics or any one (1) of Science subjects;<\/p>\r\n

          (Priority will be given to candidates who have credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Matemathics and any one (1) of Science subjects)<\/em><\/p>\r\n

          Diploma in Physiotheraphy Entry Requirement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

          Pass SPM \/ SPMV with minimum 5 credits in the following subjects;<\/p>\r\n

            \r\n
          1. Bahasa Malaysia<\/li>\r\n
          2. English<\/li>\r\n
          3. Mathematics<\/li>\r\n
          4. Any one (1) of Science subject (Biology\/ Physics\/ Chemistry\/ General Science\/ Applied Science;<\/li>\r\n
          5. Any one (1) of other subjects<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

            OR<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

            Pass O-Level with minimum Grade C in 5 following subjects ;<\/p>\r\n

              \r\n
            1. English<\/li>\r\n
            2. Mathematics<\/li>\r\n
            3. Any one (1) of Science subject (Biology \/ Physics \/ Chemistry \/ General Science \/ Applied Science) and;<\/li>\r\n
            4. Any 2 of other subjects<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

              OR<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

              Other equivalent qualifications.<\/p>\r\n

              Diploma In Medical Imaging Entry Requirement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

              Pass SPM\/SPMV with minimum 5 credits in the following subjects;<\/p>\r\n

              1. Bahasa Malaysia<\/li>\r\n
              2. English<\/li>\r\n
              3. Mathematics<\/li>\r\n
              4. One (1) Science Subject (Biology\/Physics\/Chemistry\/General Science\/Applied Science); AND<\/li>\r\n
              5. One (1) in any one other subject<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

                OR<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

                Pass O-Level with minimum Grade C in 5 following subjects;<\/p>\r\n

                2. Mathematics<\/li>\r\n

                  Diploma In Health Information Managment Entry Requirement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

                  Malaysian Students<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

                  Three\u00a0(3)<\/strong>\u00a0credits in SPM\/SPMV or Equivalent<\/p>\r\n

                    \r\n
                  • Bahasa Malaysia\u00a0and<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
                  • Mathematics\u00a0or<\/strong>\u00a0Science (Art Stream) \/\u00a0Biology\u00a0or<\/strong>\u00a0Physics\u00a0or<\/strong>Chemistry (Science Stream)\u00a0and<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
                  • 1<\/strong>\u00a0other subject\u00a0and<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
